Terms of Service

NuStack provides software tools for business cash flow monitoring, transaction categorization, financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytics. We connect to financial institutions via Plaid Technologies, Inc. with your explicit authorization.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@nustack.digital if you suspect unauthorized access.

By connecting a financial account, you authorize NuStack and Plaid to access your account data (balances, transactions, recurring transactions) solely for providing our services. You can revoke access at any time from within the app or via my.plaid.com. Use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use the services to process or store data of individuals without their consent
• Interfere with the availability or performance of the services

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your financial data or business information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services described.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Plaid, Supabase, Vercel) or events outside our control.

Fees are described at the time of subscription. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; refunds are provided at our discretion.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Data and reports are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuStack's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
